Monthly Webinar: AI in the Buy-Side M&A Process – live with Navigator Group

Everyone is talking about AI agents in M&A – few have seen them work on a real deal. That's exactly what our next Monthly Webinar is about.
On October 30, 2026, Christian Muschick (Navigator Group) and Deniz Schütz (StrategyBridgeAI) will show how AI already supports the buy-side M&A process today – from spotting the first market signals to due diligence. Live, not just in theory.

What it's about
The webinar “AI in the Buy-Side M&A Process: Opportunities, Practical Experience, Limits” brings practice and platform together. Christian Muschick shares how Navigator Group uses AI agents across its deal processes – in sourcing, outreach, due diligence and legal documents. He openly discusses what works, where the limits are, and why he relies on fixed, reliable workflows for process automation rather than “AI everywhere”.
Deniz Schütz then shows how AI can be integrated simply and securely into existing M&A processes – with source references, human-in-the-loop, and clear human accountability.
The highlight: at the start of the session, we hand an Info Memo to an AI agent. While we talk, the process runs in the background – and before the webinar ends, we present the result.

The speakers
Christian Muschick – Managing Partner, Navigator Group
Christian Muschick started his career in strategy consulting before moving into investment banking early on. As head of the financial services and insurance team, and later deputy head of research and COO of Silvia Quandt Research GmbH, he became known as one of Germany's leading industry experts and supported numerous capital markets projects. As a partner at Callista Private Equity, he led deal sourcing and worked on spin-off and restructuring projects in Germany and France. Today he is Managing Partner of Navigator Group, focusing on investments, asset deals and carve-outs – and uses AI agents consistently across the entire deal process.
Deniz Schütz – CEO & Co-Founder, StrategyBridgeAI
Deniz Schütz co-founded StrategyBridgeAI after years of working in M&A and investments himself – and seeing how much time disappears into slow, inconsistent research. With StrategyBridgeAI, he brings AI-powered company and market analysis to corporate M&A teams, advisors, private equity and auditors. StrategyBridgeAI is recommended by the Institute of Public Auditors in Germany (IDW).
