Webinar on November 27: Build your own AI agent for M&A in a few steps

Everyone is talking about AI agents in M&A. The question most teams actually have is a different one: how do you set up your own agent, and how do you fit it into the workflows you already run?
That is exactly what our next webinar on November 27, 2026 is about. Together with Christian Muschick of Navigator Group, we build an AI agent step by step, live and hands-on. From the first idea through configuration to real use in day-to-day M&A work.
Please note: the webinar will be held in German.

What you will take away
- A clear picture of the building blocks an AI agent needs and how they fit together into a working workflow.
- A realistic view of which recurring tasks in the M&A process are a good fit for an agent.
- A way to plug the agent into your existing processes instead of building yet another standalone tool.
- Lessons learned from practice: what matters during setup and which mistakes you can avoid.
- The chance to have your own use case discussed live.
What it's about: building, not just talking
In October, we showed how AI already supports the buy-side M&A process today. This time we go one step further: instead of discussing finished results, the agent is built in front of you during the session.
Christian Muschick uses AI agents across the entire deal process at Navigator Group. In the webinar, he shows how such an agent is built and configured, and which decisions along the way make the difference.
What you can expect
- Live demo: Christian Muschick shows step by step how an AI agent is built and set up.
- From idea to implementation: Which components does an AI agent need, and how do you connect them into a working workflow?
- Practical M&A use cases: Concrete examples of how AI agents can take over recurring tasks in the M&A process.
- Tips and lessons learned: What matters when building an agent, and which mistakes should you avoid?
- Live Q&A: Ask your questions directly during the session.
Bring your own use case
Do you have your own ideas for AI agents, or a specific use case where you want to know how it could be implemented technically and in practice? Send your suggestions in advance to lisa.schmitt@strategybridge.ai. We will pick up selected use cases live.

Frequently asked questions about the webinar
What is an AI agent in M&A?+
An AI agent is a system that works through a defined task in several steps on its own, rather than just answering individual questions. In M&A, it takes over recurring tasks in the deal process. Navigator Group, for example, uses agents in sourcing, outreach, due diligence and legal documents.
Which tasks in the M&A process can an AI agent take over?+
Mainly recurring, clearly structured tasks. In the webinar, we show concrete M&A use cases and also discuss where the limits are and where responsibility stays with people.
How do I integrate an AI agent into existing M&A workflows?+
That is one focus of the live demo: which components an agent needs, how to connect them into a working workflow, and what matters during setup so the agent fits into day-to-day work.
What language is the webinar in?+
The webinar will be held in German.
How do I join the webinar?+
The webinar takes place online via Microsoft Teams on November 27, 2026, from 12:00 to 12:45 CET. After you register, you will receive a calendar invite and the Teams link by email.
